Fiverr affiliate program in 2026: commission rates, caps, payouts and rules

Short answer

The Fiverr affiliate program pays publishers when a reader they refer makes a first purchase on Fiverr: 25% of the first Marketplace order, 70% of the first Fiverr Pro order or $30 for Logo Maker (the percentage plans are capped at $500), plus 10% of that buyer's orders for 12 months. Links carry a 30-day cookie and payouts start at $100 on net-30 terms by bank wire. Every link must be disclosed.

Key takeaways

  • Fiverr Marketplace pays 25% of a new buyer's first order and Fiverr Pro pays 70%, each with a $500 CPA cap, plus 10% of that buyer's orders for 12 months.
  • Logo Maker pays a fixed $30 on the first order plus the same 10% revenue share for 12 months.
  • Fiverr links carry a 30-day tracking cookie: the user must register within 30 days of the click, and only purchases pay.
  • You can request payment once your balance reaches $100; payments run on a net-30 basis by bank wire transfer.
  • Disclose near every link with wording such as 'Fiverr Promoter' or 'Sponsored', and do not run paid ads that send traffic directly to Fiverr.

This page is for publishers, creators and marketers thinking about promoting Fiverr. It explains how the Fiverr affiliate program pays, what the caps and windows are, how payouts work and which rules get accounts in trouble. Every term comes from Fiverr’s own partnerships pages and help center, read on September 29, 2026.

GigBuyerGuide is itself a Fiverr affiliate, which is why we care about getting these details right. We do not publish earnings figures or income projections; what an affiliate earns depends entirely on audience, content and buyer intent.

How does the Fiverr affiliate program work?

The Fiverr affiliate program pays you a commission when someone you refer registers on Fiverr through your link and makes their first purchase, then a revenue share on that buyer’s later orders for 12 months. Fiverr’s partnerships help center is explicit that it pays for purchases only, not for clicks or registrations.

The mechanics are simple:

  1. Join through Fiverr Affiliates and set up your partner dashboard.
  2. Create links to the Fiverr homepage, a category, Fiverr Pro or Logo Maker. Links follow the go.fiverr.com/visit format with your affiliate ID and a brand code for the plan.
  3. A reader clicks and registers within 30 days.
  4. They buy. Their first order earns the plan’s first-order commission (CPA); later orders within 12 months earn the revenue share.
  5. You request payment once your balance reaches $100.

What are the Fiverr affiliate commission rates?

Fiverr pays a different first-order commission depending on the product you promote, plus a 10% revenue share on the buyer’s later orders for 12 months on every plan.

PlanFirst order (CPA)Cap on CPALater ordersWhere stated
Fiverr Marketplace25% of the first order$50010% of each order for 12 monthsFiverr affiliates page; commission update post
Fiverr Pro70% of the first order$50010% of each order for 12 monthsFiverr Pro affiliate product page; commission update post
Logo Maker$30 fixed (100% of the basic package)Fixed10% of each order for 12 monthsFiverr affiliates page

The $500 cap comes from Fiverr Affiliates’ post announcing the current commission structure (published December 2023, updated January 2024), which applies it to the dynamic, percentage-based plans. The live product pages list the rates without repeating the cap, so check your dashboard terms if you expect first orders large enough to hit it. The revenue share excludes the first-time buyer’s first order, which is already paid as CPA.

Two practical consequences follow from the table. First, the Pro plan’s 70% rate reaches the $500 cap on a first order of about $714, while the Marketplace plan’s 25% reaches it at $2,000. Second, the revenue share rewards content that brings in buyers who keep ordering. Our commission examples page works through the math for common order sizes.

The same post notes that the 12-month revenue share resets if a referred user converts to a Fiverr Business account within the window. Fiverr Business is the former name of Fiverr Pro.

The Fiverr affiliate link carries a 30-day tracking cookie. Fiverr’s “How affiliate links work” article says users who click your link and then register on Fiverr within 30 days are attributed to you.

AI answers and older blog posts sometimes describe lifetime attribution, a 12-month cookie or commissions on Fiverr Learn and Fiverr Workspace. Those claims do not match the commission terms and the 30-day registration window described in Fiverr’s own affiliate pages and help center, so plan around the 30-day window.

Registration is the attribution event, and the first purchase is what pays. A reader who clicks today, signs up in two weeks and buys a month later can still earn you the commission, because the registration happened inside the window.

How and when does Fiverr pay affiliates?

Fiverr pays affiliates by bank wire transfer, on a net-30 basis, once your balance reaches $100. Fiverr’s partnerships help center says it currently only offers bank wire transfers, and asks for proof of your bank account the first time you request a wire.

Payout detailWhat Fiverr says
MinimumYour balance must reach $100 before you can request payment
MethodBank wire transfer only
TermsNet 30; invoices for January are paid on March 1 or 2, per the affiliates page
Requests made 2nd to 15thReviewed on the 24th, paid by the 7th of the following month
Requests made 16th to month endReviewed on the 11th of the following month, paid on the 15th
InvoicesPrivate accounts can auto-generate an invoice; company accounts upload their own

Factor the timing into any cash-flow planning. A commission earned early in one month typically reaches your bank four to six weeks later.

What are the Fiverr affiliate program rules?

The rules that matter most are about disclosure, coupons, paid traffic and honesty. Most come from Fiverr’s Affiliate Marketing Policy (April 6, 2022) and its partnerships help center.

Disclosure. Affiliates must “clearly, obviously and unambiguously” disclose their material connection with Fiverr, and keep that disclosure near the affiliate link. Accepted wording includes “Fiverr Promoter”, “Fiverr Sponsorship”, “Advertisement” and “Sponsored”. Abbreviations like “spon” or “collab” are not acceptable. In video, the disclosure must be both spoken and shown on screen.

Coupons. You may only use coupons and discounts provided exclusively through the Affiliate Program, with Fiverr’s banners and links. Do not publish codes you found elsewhere or promise discounts Fiverr has not given you.

Paid traffic. Fiverr’s “How to promote Fiverr” article says not to run paid ads that drive traffic directly to Fiverr. Bidding on Fiverr’s brand name is not spelled out on the help pages we could open, so treat it as off-limits unless your affiliate manager confirms otherwise in writing. The Affiliate Agreement is the governing document.

Honesty. Your endorsement must reflect your honest opinion, and the policy states that an affiliate “cannot discuss experience with a product/service that they have not personally tried.” If you have not ordered a given service, write about what you checked (listings, prices, help center policies) rather than implying you bought it.

What tools does Fiverr give affiliates?

Fiverr provides link-building and widget tools inside the partner dashboard. Its help center lists:

  • Affiliate links to any Fiverr page, with dynamic parameters for your own tracking (sub-IDs per page or placement).
  • Creatives and banners in standard ad sizes.
  • Geo Rotation Group links that route readers by country.
  • Gig Ads Widget that shows gigs from a category inside your page.
  • Search Box Widget that lets readers search Fiverr from your site.

Use dynamic parameters from day one. Knowing which page and which placement sent a buyer is the only way to tell what content works.

What content works for Fiverr affiliates?

Content that answers a buyer’s question right before they order tends to fit the program best, because the program pays on purchases, not sign-ups. Think “how much does a Shopify developer cost on Fiverr” rather than “how to make money on Fiverr.”

Buyer-side content lines up with the plans:

  • Service and price guides for specific categories, linking to the matching Fiverr category page.
  • Fiverr Pro guides for business buyers, where the 70% plan applies.
  • Logo guides that compare Logo Maker with hiring a designer, where the $30 CPA applies.
  • Comparisons that help readers choose between Fiverr and alternatives honestly.

Seller-side content (“become a Fiverr freelancer”) attracts people who want to earn on Fiverr rather than spend. It can still convert, but the audience is different. Our freelance marketplace affiliate programs page compares Fiverr’s terms with Upwork, Freelancer.com, 99designs and Toptal.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Fiverr affiliate program pay for sign-ups?
No. Fiverr's partnerships help center says the program pays for purchases only, not for clicks or registrations. The commission is triggered by a referred user's first purchase, and the revenue share by their later orders within 12 months.
Can I pay out through PayPal or Payoneer?
Not at the moment. Fiverr's payment setup article says it currently only offers bank wire transfers. The first time you request a wire you will need to provide proof of your bank account.
Can I offer my readers a Fiverr coupon?
Only if Fiverr gives it to you. Fiverr's Affiliate Marketing Policy says affiliates may only use coupons and discounts provided exclusively through the Affiliate Program, using banners and links Fiverr provides. Inventing or scraping codes breaks the policy.
Is there a sub-affiliate commission?
Fiverr's current public commission pages list the Marketplace, Fiverr Pro and Logo Maker plans only. If you are recruiting other affiliates, check your partner dashboard or ask your affiliate manager whether a sub-affiliate plan applies to your account before promoting it.
Who can join the Fiverr affiliate program?
Fiverr's partnerships help center says everyone is welcome to apply: you complete the sign-up form, Fiverr reviews the application and notifies you once approved. Existing Fiverr sellers should sign up with the same email address as their seller account.
Is the Fiverr affiliate program worth it?
It fits publishers whose readers are about to buy a freelance service, because Fiverr pays on the referred buyer's first purchase, not on clicks. The first-order payout scales with order size: 25% of a $120 Marketplace order is $30. Results depend entirely on your audience's buying intent, so treat any income figure you see elsewhere with caution.
