Fiverr Enterprise and team accounts: Pro plans, roles and Enterprise compared
Short answer
Fiverr's team and enterprise setup is a ladder: the standard Fiverr plan is one person per account, Fiverr Pro Essential (free) adds a team account with unlimited members and vetted freelancers, Pro Advanced ($129 a month) adds finance and support features, and Fiverr Enterprise is a custom-priced platform for managing, onboarding and paying a whole freelance workforce.
Key takeaways
- The standard Fiverr plan is one person per account; team accounts with unlimited members start with the free Fiverr Pro Essential plan.
- Pro team accounts have three roles: one Admin, unlimited Billing Managers and Members who place orders and collaborate on projects.
- Fiverr Pro Advanced costs $129 a month plus tax and adds custom invoice reports, a dedicated Business Success Manager and deferred or monthly payments for eligible accounts.
- Fiverr Enterprise is a separate, custom-priced freelance management platform for bringing your own freelancers, onboarding, compliance and consolidated payments.
- Fiverr Business was renamed Fiverr Pro on August 1, 2023.
Once more than one person at your company buys on Fiverr, the default setup starts to creak. Someone shares a login, invoices land in the wrong inbox and nobody knows which freelancers already know the brand. Fiverr has a ladder of options for this, from a free team account up to a full freelance management platform.
This guide explains each rung, what it costs and which one fits your company’s size.
What team options does Fiverr offer?
Fiverr offers four levels: the standard Fiverr plan, Fiverr Pro Essential, Fiverr Pro Advanced and Fiverr Enterprise. Here’s how they compare, based on Fiverr’s plans page and help center on September 29, 2026:
| Fiverr | Pro Essential | Pro Advanced | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Free | Free (eligibility-based) | $129 a month plus tax | Custom pricing |
| Users | 1 person per account | Team account, unlimited members | Team account, unlimited members | Organization-wide |
| Freelancers | Full marketplace | Adds vetted Pro catalog | Adds vetted Pro catalog | Bring your own, plus sourcing |
| Money-back guarantee | No general guarantee | Yes, on eligible orders | Yes, on eligible orders | Not stated on the page |
| Payments | Cards, PayPal and others | Adds wire, ACH, SEPA, BACS | Adds deferred or monthly payments (eligibility-based) | Consolidated monthly invoice |
| Finance and admin | Invoice per order | Billing Manager role | Custom invoice reports, monthly analytics summary | Custom contracts, compliance automation |
| Support | 24/7 support | 24/7 support | Dedicated Business Success Manager | Dedicated Business Success Manager |
| Compliance | None | None | 1 background check and worker classification audit per month | Automated legal and tax compliance, background checks |
On eligibility for Essential, Fiverr’s pages differ: the plans page says to maintain eligibility “by ordering services worth $1,000 or more annually,” while the help center says “anyone can activate Fiverr Pro Essential by signing up to Fiverr Pro.” Either way, it costs nothing to try.
How do Fiverr Pro team roles work?
Fiverr Pro team accounts have three roles: Admin, Billing Manager and Member. Each person gets their own login, so nobody shares a password.
| Role | How many | What they can do |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | One per team | “Full access to manage the account, finances, and account members”; can set approval policies for invitations |
| Billing Manager | Unlimited, assigned by the Admin | Access billing history, download invoices, edit billing information and hire freelancers |
| Member | Unlimited | Place orders, create and track projects, collaborate with other members and save freelancers |
Invitations go out by email, and invitees sign up through the link to join the team’s Pro account. A typical setup: the operations lead is Admin, finance holds Billing Manager and each department head is a Member. Everyone’s orders sit in one account, which makes it easy to reuse freelancers across teams.
One thing to know before you commit: if the Admin switches the account from Fiverr Pro back to standard Fiverr, Fiverr says “all team members will be deactivated.”
When is Pro Advanced worth $129 a month?
Pro Advanced is worth it when your company spends steadily each month and the admin savings outweigh $1,548 a year. The plan adds:
- Deferred or monthly payments (based on eligibility)
- Custom invoice reports and a monthly business analytics summary
- A dedicated Business Success Manager
- Unlimited legal document management
- One background check and worker classification audit per month
- An additional 20% off sourcing services and 10% off project planning services
Only an Admin or Billing Manager can subscribe, and Fiverr says Advanced “cannot be paid for using Fiverr credits, coupons, or your existing Fiverr balance.” If you cancel, you get a refund for the unused part of the billing cycle. For a company placing a handful of orders a year, Essential does the job. Our Fiverr Pro guide covers the plans in more depth.
What is Fiverr Enterprise?
Fiverr Enterprise is a separate freelance management platform for companies that want to “take complete control of hiring, managing, and paying their freelance teams.” It’s aimed at organizations managing a freelance workforce across departments, including freelancers found outside Fiverr.
Fiverr’s Enterprise page lists five areas:
| Area | What Fiverr says it covers |
|---|---|
| Sourcing | “Bring your own freelancers” or have experts find talent within 48 hours |
| Onboarding | Custom contracts and background checks |
| Management | A private talent pool with visibility and control |
| Payments | Pay freelancers “across 160 countries” with “a consolidated monthly invoice” |
| Compliance | Automated legal and tax compliance and reduced misclassification risk |
Pricing isn’t published; the page asks you to book a demo. Enterprise makes sense when freelancers are a real part of your workforce and HR, legal and finance all need a say in how they’re engaged.
Which setup fits your company?
Pick the lowest rung that solves your actual problem. Moving up later is easy; paying for features nobody uses isn’t.
| Your situation | Best fit |
|---|---|
| One person buys a few jobs a year | Standard Fiverr |
| Several people buy, finance needs invoices | Pro Essential (free) |
| Steady monthly spend, want monthly billing and a named contact | Pro Advanced |
| Dozens of freelancers, some hired outside Fiverr, compliance matters | Fiverr Enterprise |
For most small and mid-size companies, the answer is Pro Essential: free, a shared team account, vetted freelancers and the Billing Manager role for finance. Our guides on hiring a team on Fiverr and invoices and taxes cover the day-to-day side.
Compare Fiverr Pro plans Paid linkHow do you set up a team account?
Set up a team account by signing up to Fiverr Pro Paid link, then inviting colleagues by email and assigning roles. Before anyone orders, have the Billing Manager add the company name, address and tax ID to billing, since those details only appear on invoices issued after they’re added.
Then agree three house rules: one brief template for everyone, one shared list of approved freelancers and a rule that deliveries are reviewed within 3 days, before orders auto-complete. That’s most of what a larger company’s procurement process does, in three lines.
