Fiverr Go and Fiverr's AI tools in 2026: what buyers can still use

Short answer

Fiverr Go is the AI platform Fiverr announced in February 2025, combining AI creation models trained on individual freelancers' work with an AI Personal Assistant. For buyers in late 2026, the client Personal Assistant ends October 1, 2026 and Go models have unclear status. Fiverr Logo Maker remains live, and AI-assisted services are bought as normal gigs.

Key takeaways

  • Fiverr Go was announced on February 18, 2025 with two parts: Personal AI Creation Models and a Personal AI Assistant.
  • Fiverr says the AI Personal Assistant for clients will no longer be available from October 1, 2026.
  • Fiverr Logo Maker is live, with Essential $30, Professional $60 and Unlimited $90 tiers.
  • Fiverr's AI guidelines say buyers who don't want AI used must say so clearly, and generic, unmodified AI output fails its quality standards.
  • Median starting price for AI chatbot and agent development was $95 on September 29, 2026.

Fiverr has launched a string of AI products over the last few years, and the names are easy to mix up. Some were announced loudly and have since gone quiet. One is being switched off this week. And one, Logo Maker, is a working product you can use today.

This guide sorts out what’s what for a buyer in late September 2026, and how to handle AI inside ordinary Fiverr orders, which matters more day to day than any of the branded tools.

What is Fiverr Go?

Fiverr Go is an AI platform Fiverr announced on February 18, 2025. It had two parts: a Personal AI Creation Model, which let freelancers “train AI exclusively on their own body of work,” and a Personal AI Assistant. The launch categories were voice over, songwriting, graphic design, illustration, copywriting and digital marketing.

The pitch to buyers was work generated from a specific freelancer’s own style, trained only on that person’s portfolio.

Is Fiverr Go still available in 2026?

Parts of it are closing and the rest is unclear. Fiverr’s help center says: “Starting October 1, 2026, the AI Personal Assistant will no longer be available on Fiverr.” On the freelancer side, the Personal Assistant closed to new subscribers on September 1, 2026 and shuts down for everyone on October 1, 2026.

The AI creation models are harder to pin down. When we checked on September 29, 2026, both fiverr.com/go and the help article about generating with AI models returned errors. Fiverr’s Q2 2026 results talk about a “Knowledge Graph” and “GenAI models and agents,” but don’t mention Go by name.

Here’s the status of each tool as far as Fiverr’s own pages show:

What is Fiverr Logo Maker, and is it worth using?

Fiverr Logo Maker is an AI tool that matches your brand brief to logo templates made by Fiverr freelancers. Fiverr says it matches “your brand brief to logo design templates from top freelancers on Fiverr using AI.” It’s the one Fiverr AI product with clear, current pricing.

TierPriceWhat you get
Essential$30PNG files (original, transparent, grayscale), non-editable
Professional$60Adds SVG, favicon, brand guidelines PDF, social kit, Zoom backgrounds and 1 revision
Unlimited$90Unlimited revisions and ongoing editing

The trade-off is rights. You get “a non-exclusive license” with full commercial and non-commercial rights, but the freelancer keeps ownership, and you can’t trademark or resell the logo. Orders can’t be cancelled after purchase. For a side project or an internal brand, it’s fast and cheap. For a company you plan to trademark, hire a designer. Our Logo Maker guide compares both routes, and you can try Fiverr Logo Maker directly.

How should you handle AI in a regular Fiverr order?

Handle AI the same way you’d handle file formats: state your requirement in the brief. Fiverr’s AI guidelines put it on the client to say clearly if they don’t want AI used, and they set a floor on quality: “Generic, unmodified, or reused AI output does not meet Fiverr’s quality standards.”

In practice, there are three positions a buyer can take:

Your positionWhat to write in the briefGood for
No AI“No AI-generated text, images or voice. Human-created work only.”Brand work, anything you’ll trademark or publish under your name
AI-assisted is fine“AI tools are fine for drafts, but the final must be edited and original.”Blog drafts, variations, mockups
AI is the point“Build/configure this AI tool for us.”Chatbots, automations, AI agents

Put the line in the order requirements, not just a pre-order message, so it’s part of the record if you need to ask for a revision. If a delivery looks like unedited AI output and you asked for original work, reject it with “No, I’m not ready yet” and quote your brief. That’s within the 3-day window before the order auto-completes.

Our brief guide includes an AI line in its template.

Can you hire AI specialists on Fiverr?

Yes, and that’s where Fiverr’s AI story is most useful for a business right now. Instead of using Fiverr’s own AI tools, you hire freelancers who build AI tools for you.

In our analysis of well-reviewed gigs on the first page of Fiverr’s AI chatbot development category on September 29, 2026, the median starting price was $95, with the middle half running from $30 to $262.50 and a median delivery of 2 days for the starting package. That starting package is usually a simple setup; a chatbot connected to your data or tools lands in a higher package or a custom offer.

Our AI chatbot development guide covers what to look for, and custom software and automation covers broader automation work. When you’re ready, browse AI chatbot developers on Fiverr .

What does this mean for a first-time buyer?

It means you can ignore the branded AI tools, apart from Logo Maker, and focus on the basics: pick a well-reviewed seller, state your AI position in the brief and check the delivery. The tools come and go; the order process is what stays.

Frequently asked questions

Is Fiverr Go still available?
Partly unclear. Fiverr has confirmed the AI Personal Assistant for clients ends on October 1, 2026. Pages about buying from AI creation models returned errors when we checked on September 29, 2026, so treat Go models as status unclear and hire freelancers directly.
What is Fiverr Neo?
Fiverr Neo was an AI matching tool Fiverr announced on August 1, 2023, meant to let buyers describe their needs and be matched with the right solution. We found no 2026 Fiverr page that mentions it, so don't plan around it.
Can I stop a Fiverr freelancer from using AI on my order?
Yes, by saying so clearly in your brief before the order starts. Fiverr's AI guidelines put the onus on clients to state a no-AI requirement. Write it as a line in the requirements, not just a message, so it's part of the order record.
Who owns a logo made with Fiverr Logo Maker?
You get a non-exclusive license with full commercial and non-commercial rights, but the freelancer who made the template keeps ownership. You can't trademark it or resell it, so if you need exclusive rights, hire a logo designer instead.
