Paid social is the category where the gig price is the smallest number in the deal. A $55 setup can steer a $1,500 monthly ad budget, so you are really hiring judgment about someone else’s money. Choose the seller who asks the most about your margins and tracking, not the one with the prettiest results screenshot.

How much does Facebook and Instagram ads management cost on Fiverr?

Across the 43 well-reviewed gigs (4.7 stars or better, 20+ reviews) on the first page of Fiverr’s paid social media category on September 29, 2026, the median starting price was $55 and the middle half ran from $40 to $150. Starting packages ranged from $10 to $1,950. These are starting prices of the cheapest package and cover the freelancer’s fee only, not your ad spend or a full month of management.

A starting package usually buys one campaign set up in Ads Manager with a few ad sets and ads, or an audit of your existing account. Prices rise with the number of campaigns, audiences, ad variations, pixel and Conversions API setup, catalog ads for online stores, creative production, weekly optimization and reporting.

Here is how packages are usually structured. The outer range comes from our category-level estimate of $100 to $1,000 a month and is general guidance, not measured data.

TierTypical feeWhat it usually includes
Basic$100 to $250One campaign setup, 2-3 audiences, ads built from your creative, pixel check
Standard$250 to $600 a monthFull funnel (cold, warm, retargeting), tracking setup, weekly optimization, monthly report
Premium$600 to $1,000 a monthMultiple campaigns, catalog or lead form ads, creative testing plan, new ad copy, weekly calls

Fiverr’s service fee on a $55 order is $6.53 (5.5% plus $3.50 under $200, per its payments article), for a $61.53 total. The fee applies to the freelancer’s price only; Fiverr never touches your ad spend. The fees guide has the full breakdown.

Marketplace or Fiverr Pro for Facebook ads?

If you are spending less than a few hundred dollars a month, the marketplace is fine; above that, look at Fiverr Pro. 11 of the 43 gigs in our sample carried the Pro badge, starting at a $290 median, and the gap reflects the difference between setting up a campaign and managing an account.

For a new advertiser, a marketplace seller with a clear audit or setup package is a cheap way to get a sound structure and working tracking. For an established store or lead-gen business where a bad week costs real money, a vetted specialist through Fiverr Pro is worth the higher fee. The Fiverr Pro guide explains how Pro vetting and plans work.

How do you read a Facebook ads gig before ordering?

Check what the seller will actually do inside your account, and for how long. These details matter most.

  • Setup vs management. “Campaign setup” ends at launch. “Management” should say how often they optimize and for how many weeks.
  • Tracking. Pixel installation, conversion events and Conversions API. Without tracking, optimization is guesswork.
  • Creative. Does the package include images, video edits or ad copy, or do you supply them?
  • Audiences and ad sets. How many are built and tested.
  • Ad spend limits. Some packages are priced by monthly spend band. Match yours.
  • Reporting. Cost per lead or purchase, not just clicks and reach.

The median starting package delivers in 3 days, fast enough for a setup. A third of the gigs (33%) offered a subscription for ongoing management.

What should you put in a Facebook ads brief?

Send this before ordering. A seller who cannot quote from it is not the right one. See the brief writing guide for the general version.

  • What you sell, price and profit margin per sale or value per lead
  • The one result you want: purchases, leads, booked calls, app installs
  • Target customer: location, age range, interests, existing customer list
  • Monthly ad budget you are comfortable testing
  • Current setup: ad account, pixel, past campaign results
  • Landing page URL and whether it is ready
  • Creative you have: photos, videos, testimonials
  • Access: you will add them as a partner in your Meta business portfolio after ordering
  • What a good month looks like: target cost per lead or sale
  • Reporting frequency and format

On access, Meta’s Business Help Center describes giving a partner access to business assets in your business portfolio. The freelancer then works through their own login and your payment method stays yours.

What are the red flags when hiring a Facebook ads manager?

These are worth checking before any money moves.

  • Asks you to pay ad spend to them. Your ads should run on your ad account, billed to your card.
  • Asks for your Facebook password. Use partner access, after the order is placed. Fiverr says it will never ask for your login or payment details.
  • Guaranteed ROAS or a fixed number of leads. Results depend on your offer, landing page and budget.
  • Results screenshots with no context. A 10x return on $50 of spend proves nothing.
  • No questions about tracking. A manager who does not check your pixel and conversion events is optimizing blind.
  • Pushes WhatsApp before ordering. Fiverr allows third-party tools only after an order is placed, and off-platform work is not protected.

Where do you find a good Facebook ads manager on Fiverr?

Start with the shortlist on this page. It lists live paid social gigs that passed our rating and review filters, with prices and delivery stamped on the day we checked. Order an audit or setup first, check the account structure they build, then move to monthly management.

If you also run search ads, the Google Ads guide covers that side. If you need creative for the campaigns, see short video ads and UGC videos.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Fiverr price include my ad spend?
No. The gig price is the freelancer's fee for setup or management. Ad spend is charged by Meta to the payment method on your ad account. Never pay ad spend to a seller to run on their account.
What is a realistic test budget?
Enough to get meaningful data within a few weeks, which depends on your price point and audience. Ask the seller to propose a daily budget and explain the number, and be wary if they will not tie it to your cost per lead or sale.
Should the ads manager also make the creative?
Some packages include static images or simple video edits; many expect you to supply creative. If you have none, budget for a short video ad or UGC order alongside the management gig.
Setup or monthly management?
A one-off setup suits you if you will watch and adjust campaigns yourself. Monthly management suits you if you want someone testing new audiences and creative every week. Start with setup plus a month of management, then decide.
